“I am a huge fan of Jennifer. She is the reason I have so much knowledge now about how to eat to actually lose the weight I gained while going through menopause during COVID. I had gained 30 pounds and have now lost 20, something I didn’t think was possible until I saw weekly progress under Jen’s 12-week program. It takes commitment and a positive mindset, but is possible and Jennifer has been there every step of the way. I cannot recommend this program enough.

2/2/24: UPDATE: Ladies, I successfully made it through Thanksgiving and Christmas with my weight loss attempt. I enjoyed those 2 holiday meals, but got right back with the (Body Balance Nutrition) program the following days.
I am right within reach of my goal weight & have decided to try & go for an additional 5lbs., so I encourage you – YOU TOO CAN DO THIS!!!
I still contact Jennifer if I have questions or forget something, as she’s so easily accessible! Again, I emphasize that being accountable to someone is the way to go. I was not successful doing my own thing. In fact, I actually gained more weight that way.
12/28/23: I write this review as an encouragement for any of you that need/want to lose weight THE RIGHT WAY!! Being accountable to someone else, other than depending on my own (un)successful efforts, has helped me tremendously.
I was blown away at Jennifer’s knowledge of nutrition. She has studied and knows her facts!! Her help with reading product labels and the amount of nutrients to eat daily made me a believer.
It’s not just cutting back or counting calories, it’s the nutrients you put into your body that help it to function the way it is supposed to. She even met me at the grocery to show me brands of products that have better ingredients than ones I’d been using. And, for this 75-year-old woman, her encouragement to work out at a gym has helped tremendously. I’ve lost weight, feel stronger and have more energy. Go for it!!!
