I’ve been there.
I had a total meltdown in a department store dressing room one day when I tried on a pair of pants in a size I had never worn before. I vowed then to lose the weight and joined one of the popular, mainstream weight loss programs.
I lost the weight, but never kept it off, and so began the yo-yo dieting cycle. While I could shed the pounds temporarily, I was never taught which foods were healthy for me and which foods to avoid.
It wasn’t until I learned what foods fuel the body and lead to weight loss and what ingredients to avoid that I finally began to see sustainable results. This inspired me to share my journey and knowledge with other women just like you.
